Vistarak is a comprehensive real estate management platform designed for property professionals, agents, and managers. The app streamlines property visits, bookings, hold management, and visitor tracking.
You can reset your password by using the "Forgot Password" option on the login screen. A verification code will be sent to your registered phone number.
Location tracking is essential for documenting property visits accurately. It helps verify visit locations and provides detailed records for property management.
Navigate to the Bookings section in the app, select your project and plot, fill in the customer details, and submit the booking form. You'll receive a confirmation once the booking is processed.
A hold booking temporarily reserves a plot for a customer while final arrangements are made. Holds have an expiration period, after which they are automatically released if not converted to a confirmed booking.
Go to the Profile section in the app, tap on Edit Profile, update your information including photo, and save the changes.
